§2

Cookies

  1. The Website uses Cookies to help Users navigate efficiently and perform specific functions, as well as for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests of the Joint Controllers related to promoting services connected with their business activity (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), including analysing website traffic and, with the Users’ Consent, displaying advertisements or content tailored to the individual needs of Users.
  2. The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s End Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted or malicious software to enter Users’ devices via this method.
  3. The Website uses two types of Cookies:
    • Session Cookies, which are stored on the User’s computer and remain there until the browser window containing the Service is closed, at which point these Cookies are automatically deleted.
    • Persistent Cookies, which are stored on the User’s computer until they are deleted.
  4. In addition, among the Cookies used, the following categories can be distinguished:
    • Necessary Cookies,
    • Analytics Cookies,
    • Advertising/Marketing Cookies.
    The legal basis for the use of Necessary Cookies is the legitimate interest of the Joint Controllers (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The legal basis for the use of Analytics Cookies and Advertising Cookies is the User’s Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time; its withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
  5. Necessary Cookies are always active, as they are required to ensure the proper functioning of the Website. Consequently, there is no possibility to disable them individually from the level of the Website. Necessary Cookies do not contain information identifying the User. They are usually activated only in response to actions taken by the User that are equivalent to a request for services, such as setting privacy preferences or completing forms.
  6. Despite the inability to disable Necessary Cookies from the level of the Website, the User may block them via the web browser used. The User may adjust the settings of their browser so that it rejects all Cookies or warns the User when Cookies are being sent.
  7. Analytics Cookies enable monitoring of the User’s activity on the Website, including analysing the frequency and parameters of visits to the Website and its subpages. Analytics Cookies are used to create anonymous statistics and to measure and improve the performance and attractiveness of the Website and its individual subpages, as well as to understand how Users interact with the Website. These Cookies help provide information on metrics such as the number of visitors, bounce rate, traffic source, etc. The User may disable Analytics Cookies.
  8. Advertising Cookies are used to provide Users with personalised content and advertisements based on the pages they have previously visited, and to analyse the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. The User may opt out of Marketing Cookies, thereby resigning from ad personalisation. However, the Joint Controllers may conduct advertising campaigns in relation to Users based on Consent expressed in another form, e.g. via consent forms (checkboxes) placed on the Website.
  9. The entity placing Cookies on the User’s End Device and accessing them is the operator of the Service.
§3

Use of Cookies

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  1. maintaining the User’s session in the Service and ensuring the proper functioning of the Service, including improving its navigation;
  2. adjusting the content of the Service to the User’s preferences and optimising the use of the Service;
  3. identifying the User’s End Device and its location, and adapting the methods and parameters of displaying the Website to the individual needs of the User;
  4. remembering settings selected by the User and personalising the User interface, e.g. the selected language or region, and remembering the history of pages visited on the Website;
  5. determining the User’s profile in order to display tailored materials to the User in advertising networks, in particular the Google network and other cooperating entities listed in §5;
  6. providing advertising services and direct marketing, including the personalisation of marketing content tailored to the User’s needs – subject to prior Consent expressed by the User;
  7. creating anonymous statistics that help to understand how Users of the Service use it, which enables improvements to its structure and content.
§4

Disabling Cookies

1. By default, software used for browsing websites allows Cookies to be stored on the User’s End Device. These settings may be changed by the User in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser settings or to inform the User each time Cookies are sent to the User’s device.

2. Users of the Service may change their Cookie settings at any time. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling Cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings. Examples of editing options in popular browsers:

3. The User may delete Cookies at any time using the appropriate functions of the browser they use.

4. The Administrators inform that changes to the User’s web browser settings may prevent the Website from functioning properly. Restrictions on the use of Cookies may negatively affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

§5

Cooperating Entities (Facebook, YouTube, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)

  1. For the purposes of conducting marketing activities, improving the functionality of the Website, and enabling Users to access multimedia and social content, the Administrator uses tools provided by third parties such as Facebook, YouTube, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  2. Cooperation with the above entities is aimed in particular at: (a) conducting advertising campaigns tailored to Users’ preferences, (b) analysing the effectiveness of marketing activities (analytics and statistics), (c) integrating multimedia content (e.g. YouTube videos), and (d) facilitating User interaction with the Administrator’s profiles on social media platforms.
  3. The legal basis for the processing of data when using the above tools is the User’s Consent expressed by accepting Marketing Cookies in the Cookie banner settings. The User has the right to withdraw their Consent at any time by changing the Cookie settings or the web browser settings.
  4. The Joint Controllers indicate that they use Meta Pixel / Conversion API (Facebook/Instagram) in order to measure campaign effectiveness, create audiences, target and optimise advertisements (remarketing). These tools may collect data on the User’s activity on the Website (e.g. viewed subpages, purchase events) and then link them to the User’s account on Meta platforms—only if the User has given Consent to Advertising Cookies.
  5. We use Google tags (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics 4) and embedded YouTube content. In the EEA, Google Consent Mode v2 has been implemented, which means that before any tags requiring Consent are activated, the User’s Consent status is passed to Google and, as a result, the behaviour of the tags may be adjusted (e.g. no reading/writing of marketing identifiers in the absence of Consent). This ensures that measurement and advertising operate only within the scope of the granted Consent.
  6. We use the TikTok Pixel / Events API for conversion measurement and remarketing. The pixel collects event data (e.g. visited pages, clicks) and links them to the User’s TikTok account only after Consent to Marketing Cookies has been granted.
  7. On our Website, we may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag—an analytics and marketing tool provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. It enables the measurement of campaign effectiveness, the creation of audience groups, and the targeting of advertisements to LinkedIn platform users. This tag may collect information about the User’s visits to the Website and activity (e.g. conversions, visited subpages). The data may be linked to the User’s LinkedIn profile if the User is logged in there. The tag is activated solely after the User has given Consent to Marketing Cookies.
  8. On our Website, we may use the Twitter Pixel (X Pixel) provided by X Corp. The pixel allows for the analysis of advertising campaign effectiveness, remarketing (displaying ads to Users who have visited the Website), and conversion measurement. Data on the User’s activity (e.g. visits, events, clicks) may be linked to the User’s Twitter/X account.
  9. If the User subscribes to our communications (newsletter, offers), we may use tracking pixels in messages to collect open and click statistics—solely on the basis of the marketing Consent granted by the User.
  10. With the User’s Consent, we may combine data from Analytics Cookies with other information (e.g. interaction history) in order to create segments and tailor content/advertisements. We do not make decisions producing legal effects solely on the basis of automated processing; the User has the right to object to profiling and direct marketing.
  11. Providers such as Google, Meta, and TikTok may process data outside the EEA. In such cases, we apply appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) and additional measures, in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
§6

Final Provisions

  1. This Cookies Policy is effective as of 20.08.2025.
  2. The Administrators reserve the right to amend this Cookies Policy at any time.
  3. Any changes to the Cookies Policy take effect upon publication on the Website.
  4. If the changes result in an expansion of the scope of personal data processing of the User or a change in the category of Cookies requiring Consent, the Administrator will request the User’s Consent again.
  5. Detailed information regarding personal data protection, including the rights of Users under the GDPR, can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
  6. For matters concerning this Cookies Policy, including exercising the rights granted, Users may contact the Administrator via email at: rodo@art-time.pl
