FAQ
Most Frequently Asked Questions

- What documents do I need in order to legally work through ARTTIME?
To legally work in Poland, a foreigner must have a valid passport and a document allowing them to stay and work in Poland, such as a visa, temporary residence card, permanent residence card or EU long-term resident card, as well as a work permit. You don’t need to worry about the formalities – the ARTTIME team will assist you in obtaining all the necessary documents.
- What does the recruitment process at ARTTIME look like?
Recruitment is carried out very efficiently — already during the first contact you receive all the information about the offer and employment. What’s important is that the recruitment process is conducted remotely. Our recruiters are available from morning until evening, six days a week.
You will also receive all the information about the next steps that will lead to a quick start of work.
- Is it possible to continue working through ARTTIME after the visa expires?
- Do you provide accommodation for foreigners?
- In what situations can an employee count on support from ARTTIME?
We support our employees not only during the recruitment stage but also throughout the entire duration of their contract. The coordinator can assist as an interpreter during occupational health examinations or health and safety training. They can also be contacted in urgent situations, for example, when it is necessary to call a doctor due to feeling unwell.
- Are my insurance contributions paid?
The entire employment process is 100% legal. All contributions are paid in accordance with the applicable Polish law.
We do not allow any irregularities in this matter.
