Currently, we are looking for a person for the position:

International Recruitment Specialist

Location: Warsaw, Ochota

Your responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
• Planning and conducting recruitment processes for candidates from abroad
• Organizing and providing interviews with candidates
• Cooperating with the legalization department regarding the legalization of work and residence of foreigners
• Monitoring market trends and introducing innovations into recruitment processes

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, especially in international recruitment
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Polish will be an additional asset
• Knowledge of regulations regarding the employment of foreigners
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High personal culture and negotiation skills
