Who are we?

ARTTIME, an employment agency for foreigners and Poles, specializes primarily in sourcing employees from Eastern Europe and Asia for manufacturing and logistics positions. We recruit and then hire and/or second our clients with proven, trustworthy professionals. Our domain also includes employment legalization services and human resources and payroll services.
Location
ARTTIME office is located at Jana Ursyna Niemcewicza street in Warsaw (in Ochota district), which can be conveniently reached by public transportation. We implement projects throughout the country, including Warsaw, Gdańsk, Koszalin, Gorzów Wielkopolski , Sosnowiec, Bydgoszcz, Łódź and Opole.

The ARTTIME team is made up of people who are open-minded and aware of their responsibility. Thanks to our services, people looking for a new path in life and career are able to realize their plans, and companies facing staff shortages – to attract employees from abroad and achieve increasingly ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:
- proactive search for job candidates, preliminary verification of candidates’ documents and professional advice during the recruitment process,
- building an internal database of candidates and partners (CRM),
- updating and editing recruitment announcements,
- taking care of the company’s image and presentation,
- preparation of statements and reports on assigned processes.
Regional Coordinator
You speak Polish, Ukrainian and/or Russian at a communicative level? You are mobile and proactive? You are the one we are looking for!
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- providing support to employees in adaptation, daily work throughout the project,
- accounting for the hourly schedules of employees referred to the project,
- daily contact with employees and readiness to solve their current problems,
- cooperation with the operations office and administration,
- preparing reports and accounts for the needs of the client and supervisor,
- taking care of updating our accommodations.
